If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you are eligible for a return or refund following our terms and conditions.
Fulfilment working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am–17:00pm.
As standard orders over £30 go free via Royal Mail tracked 48hours.
Orders are only classed as next day if ordered before 14:00pm, for an additional cost of £3.95 orders can be upgraded to DPD next day delivery with these terms.
Delivery time all depends on when the goods are ordered off the website. Items are prepared and dispatched at 14:30pm everyday therefore the cutoff ordering time is 14:00pm to ensure they are dispatched on-time.
With our free Royal Mail service, if you order before 14:00pm then your items should arrive after the next working day (48h) If you miss the cut off time then 2 full working days are applied to your order.
The site does not operate on weekends, so if ordered past 14:00pm on a Friday then your item won’t be dispatched until the next working day (Monday except bank holidays etc).
Dino Junkie Limited reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, retain or charge fees at the full RRP costs if products are returned damaged.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods through our delivery service providers.
Any items bought on Pre-Order will NOT be dispatched alongside stock items, to avoid shipping delays please purchase Pre-Order items separately. If done so then this will result in disapointing delays and additional charges which could have been avoided.
