If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you are eligible for a return or refund following our terms and conditions.


We offer a 48h & 24h service using our delivery provider Yodel. Currently 48h is free with the purchase of our Canoff offer summer bundle. 24h is an added option for an extra £4 to mainland UK, orders must be made before 3pm Mon-Fri to ensure packages are delivered on time. 

Conditions for Returns

  • Any unwanted goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any returns must be raised by a returns request via email (see below).
  • Goods returned must be in an unused condition in its original sealed packaging. 
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning Goods

Dino Junkie Limited reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, retain or charge fees at the full RRP costs if products are returned damaged.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty Policy

All Canoff™ sets purchased directly from Canoff™ come with a years manufacturer’s warranty. We have spares! so send us a picture of your damaged part with proof of purchase and we’ll replace it, free of charge 🙂 This warranty is not transferable.
